I could drink the steak sauce from Peter Lugers-http://www.peterluger.com/index2.cfm. This 100+ year old New York institution cranks out slammin' steaks, seafood & sides. The food is excellent and the service...is well, what you'd expect from a place like this. The servers are veterans; very timely and accurate. What you order you'll get, just don't expect it to come with a smile or shiny personality. They're good and they know it. That being said I think there are other very comparable steaks in New York City that have friendlier service and more impressive ambiance.
